The latest innovation, ROBOGUN hot repairing technology is uniquely engineered for hot gunning of Electric Arc Furnaces with premium ROBOGUN Silver Mix. Robogun consists of a pressure vessel, a water cooled manipulator, and a rotational nozzle.

Robogun is remotely controlled to move the gunning manipulator either through the slag door or from the furnace top to perform the gunning procedure.
Robogun can be used for complete repairs reaching any part of the EAF, and partial repairs such as the highest erosion areas behind the slag door.

Robogun also includes an optional feature to process fettling repairs.
